Weddings
Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the makeup services of Kristy Hill.

Once the deposit is received, the client will receive confirmation of their booking along with the outstanding invoice.
Cancellation and amendments of bookings

In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposit shall not be refunded to the Client.

If the booking is cancelled by the client within 90 days of event, 50% of the invoice will be required to be paid by the client. The full invoice amount will be required if the event is cancelled within 7 days.

If the client cancels the event outside of the 90 days prior to the event, the deposit shall be held but no further costs shall be incurred.

Should the client change the date of the event past 6 months of the original date, a new quote shall be provided, and this may see an increase in the original invoice due to changes of business charges. Should the client decide to then cancel the booking, they shall lose their deposit, but no further fees shall be incurred.

Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the event. Payments can be made via BACS via the details as provided on the invoice. Cash payments are also accepted but they must be received at least 7 days prior to the event.

Any failures to make payments will result in Kristy Hill being unable to carry out the services for the client’s event.
Unforeseen Circumstances

Should Kristy Hill be unable to provide the services at the event, due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme illness or adverse weather, Kristy Hill will do their upmost to ensure a suitable replacement is found. In the case this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Client's Obligations

The Client shall provide a clean and well-lit workspace for the Makeup Artist to perform the makeup services.

The Client shall ensure that any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements are communicated to the Makeup Artist in advance.

The Client shall ensure that there is sufficient time and access for the Makeup Artist to complete the makeup services.
Makeup Artist's Obligations

Kristy Hill shall use their professional expertise to provide high-quality makeup services to the Client and they shall use sanitary practices and high-quality makeup products.

Kristy Hill shall bring their own makeup kit, including brushes, tools, and equipment, unless otherwise agreed upon and they shall make reasonable efforts to accommodate any reasonable requests or preferences of the Client regarding the makeup services.

Kristy Hill shall strive to complete the makeup services within the agreed upon time-frame.
Data Protection & Consent

Kristy Hill agrees to protect the client’s information by ensuring it is never passed onto other companies.

Kristy Hill regularly uses images and videos to share on their website and social media platforms for promotional purposes. By signing this form, the client agrees for their images and videos to be shared for the purpose as stated above. Should the client have any concerns, please advise Kristy Hill prior to the appointment.
